OPOC.us is hiring a hybrid Sales Development Representative in Worthington, Ohio, to work from the office Monday through Friday and work from home up to two days per week after meeting productivity metrics. The role involves making outbound calls to small- and midsize-business owners and decision-makers, educating prospects, setting first meetings, meeting daily and weekly targets, driving sales, and maintaining CRM records. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 in first-year OTE with a $17–$19 hourly base, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
