Sage is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. This role involves building the Sales Development function from scratch, focusing on outbound prospecting and inbound lead generation for enterprise and mid-market senior living organizations. The ideal candidate will drive high-value conversations, conduct discovery calls, partner with Account Executives, execute marketing campaigns, maintain CRM excellence, test new tactics, and share field insights to optimize sales strategies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, ideally in B2B SaaS, hardware, or enterprise solutions.
Experience prospecting into multi-stakeholder environments or regulated/operationally complex industries (healthcare, education, logistics, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can craft clear, compelling messaging and hold confident conversations with director- and VP-level leaders.
Comfortable balancing both inbound and outbound workstreams.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and sales engagement tools.
