Sonar is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to conduct inbound and outbound prospecting, research and qualify leads, maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo, document CRM activity, and collaborate with marketing and sales. The role requires proven outbound lead-generation experience, strong communication and organization, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach. The position follows an in-office culture with three anchor days and may require relocation to the posted location.
