The role focuses on demand generation, high-volume outbound outreach, prospect qualification, pipeline management, and converting major-gift prospects into opportunities for major-gift officers. Candidates should have at least three years of enterprise sales or sales development experience, strong relationship-building and organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$110,000 per year, a 401(k) match, health and dental plans, wellness support, and bonus opportunities.
