TouchCare is hiring a Sales Development Representative (BDR) to connect with brokers, benefits professionals, and prospective partners; research and personalize outreach; qualify prospects; generate meetings; nurture relationships; and maintain CRM activity and pipeline. The role requires 2–5 years of sales, business development, or related experience, with B2B experience preferred, and is based onsite in Stamford five days per week. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 base salary, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
