MaintainX is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative in Montreal to qualify approximately 60 inbound leads daily, convert warm interest into booked meetings, route prospects to Account Executives, maintain Salesforce pipelines, and improve lead quality with Marketing. The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong communication and listening skills, follow-through, and experience in a fast-paced people-facing role; Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Nooks, or prior B2B/SaaS sales experience are preferred. It is an in-office, five-days-per-week position with a starting on-target earnings range of $87,500 to $96,500 for Canada-based roles, plus commission, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
