Staff Domain is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative for an onsite role in Ortigas, Pasig City, working 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role begins with outbound prospecting, qualification, CRM maintenance, and discovery meetings, then progresses to owning the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, closing, pipeline management, and client onboarding. The position offers uncapped commission with up to ₱150,000 in on-target earnings, sales training, coaching, and benefits including HMO, dental, and life insurance.
