Newsela is hiring a fully remote Sales Development Representative focused on its Core product and K–12 education technology. The role generates qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, research, account planning, consultative conversations, and CRM management, then partners with Account Executives to book meetings and transition opportunities. Candidates need K–12 education experience or inside sales experience, familiarity with California K–12 district buying cycles, and knowledge of sales platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, or Outreach.io. The position offers a base salary of $55,000, on-target commission of $25,000, and on-target earnings of $80,000, plus benefits and professional development.
