Newsela is hiring a fully remote Sales Development Representative to generate qualified K–12 education pipeline through outbound prospecting, consultative qualification, account planning, and coordination with Account Executives. The role requires 3+ years of K–12 education experience or 1+ year of inside sales experience, familiarity with sales platforms, strong communication and organization, and the ability to manage hundreds of school accounts. Compensation is $55,000 base plus $25,000 on-target commission, with benefits including medical coverage, a tech stipend, and professional development.
