Brimar Industries is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative to execute outbound prospecting through phone, email, chat, and CRM, qualify early-stage buyers, nurture leads, and hand sales-ready opportunities to Inside Sales or Account Executives. The role requires at least two years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related business environment, strong communication and phone skills, CRM familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities into Inside Sales, Account Executive, or Sales Operations are offered.
