Studytube is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative in Amsterdam on a hybrid basis, working three days in the office and two days at home. The role focuses on outbound sales outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and video; researching client learning and development needs; conducting discovery calls; collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives; and scaling effective sales methods. Candidates should be proactive, resilient, excellent communicators, coachable, and fluent in Dutch and English; prior SDR/BDR experience is helpful but not required. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €2,700–€3,000 plus unlimited bonus, along with holiday allowance, vacation days, pension contributions, and other benefits.
