Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative / Appointment Setter to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification, objection handling, and meeting booking. The role requires at least one year of experience in SDR, BDR, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role, strong communication skills, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work U.S. business hours.
