Weed Man Triad is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, to use a predictive dialer to contact current and past customers, renew lawn-care services, resolve concerns, recommend seasonal treatments, and retain customers. The role requires outbound sales or customer service experience, strong communication, CRM and dialer proficiency, and the ability to meet sales goals. Compensation is base pay plus commission with an OTE of $65,000–$75,000, along with health and dental benefits for eligible full-time employees and a 401(k) match.
