Description
Majesco is hiring a Sales Director for its Pension & Retirement market to lead complex enterprise sales from pipeline creation through close. The role owns new-logo, expansion, cross-sell, and modernization opportunities; builds executive relationships; leads consultative discovery and value-based narratives; coordinates with internal teams; and manages RFPs, procurement, forecasting, CRM, and account planning. Candidates need at least six years of enterprise SaaS, technology-enabled services, or benefits administration sales experience, strong knowledge of public pension and retirement administration, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The position is fully remote in the United States and offers an annual base salary of $130,000 to $165,000 plus benefits.
