The Oracle STARS Systems Administrator supports Subaru of America’s vehicle distribution, sales, planning, accounting, logistics, and port operations by administering Oracle STARS, building model-option and bill-of-material configurations, resolving system and order exceptions, analyzing supply and pricing data, and leading application enhancements and user testing. The role is based in Camden, New Jersey, with a hybrid arrangement of remote work two days per week after 90 days and 5% domestic travel. It requires a bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of experience, with a base salary of $80,000–$105,000 per year and bonus eligibility.
