Decagon is hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to build and scale enablement programs for its GTM Productivity team. The role partners with sellers and sales leaders, develops onboarding, ongoing development, role-specific training, field performance and readiness programs, and certifications, and collaborates with GTM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. It requires 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales, or revenue-focused roles in modern SaaS, along with strong field and customer-facing experience, program management, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
