Productivity Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer to develop and manage sales opportunities across Minnesota, eastern South Dakota, and North Dakota. The role involves prospecting, customer visits, needs assessments, quotations, proposals, negotiations, territory development, forecasting, and consultative sales of machine tools, metal fabrication equipment, and related manufacturing solutions. Candidates should have prior sales experience in machinery, metal fabrication, industrial equipment, or manufacturing, with experience selling laser cutting or other capital equipment preferred. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 annually plus commissions and performance-based incentives.
