Description
RedHelm is hiring a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives on new-logo acquisition and existing-account growth by conducting technical discovery, scoping infrastructure and security solutions, developing solution architectures, presenting recommendations, and supporting account expansion. The role focuses on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, managed IT infrastructure and security, networking, server, endpoint, and cybersecurity solutions, and requires at least three years of relevant infrastructure or security experience, two years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, and two years of customer-facing technical engagement experience. The position offers a starting salary of $105,000 with uncapped commission and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
