HiBob is hiring a permanent, on-site Pre-Sales Sales Engineer in Amsterdam to support B2B SaaS sales for its HR technology platform. The role involves preparing and delivering technical product demonstrations, advising customers on HR-tech challenges and digital transformation, translating requirements into tailored solutions, supporting sales enablement, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. Candidates need at least three years of pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience in B2B SaaS, strong technical and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch; HR-tech experience is preferred.
