Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. is hiring a hybrid Sales Engineer III in Farmington Hills, Michigan, to secure new automotive OEM business with a primary focus on General Motors and additional customers including Ford, Stellantis, Rivian, and Tesla. The role leads North American sales strategy, RFQ/RFI/RFP activities, pricing and commercial submissions, OEM relationship management, quoting, purchase and tool order acquisition, and customer financial recovery. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of automotive sales and strategic business development experience with global OEMs, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
