Tencarva Machinery Company is hiring Sales Engineer Trainees for industrial pump and fluid systems. This is a full-time, fully onsite role with multiple possible training locations in the eastern United States. The position is geared toward senior engineering students and recent graduates, with a training period of roughly 9–18 months under experienced Sales Engineers before transitioning into a territory-based Sales Engineer role. The job blends technical problem solving, applications engineering, customer relationship building, equipment quotations, and field visits supporting industrial and municipal customers.
