Description
Sierra is hiring a Sales Engineering Manager to lead and mentor Sales Engineers, set KPIs, and support the go-to-market function for its AI agent platform. The role involves technical product demonstrations, customer relationship management, enterprise sales process leadership, and building partnerships across the APJ region, including Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. Candidates need at least six years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering team management experience, GTM and customer-facing experience, enterprise sales leadership, APJ team leadership experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
