Devoteam is hiring a Process Transformation Sales Consultant to develop and sell digitalization, workflow automation, data, and artificial intelligence solutions in the Italian market. The role owns the full sales cycle, identifies process improvement opportunities, builds business cases and transformation roadmaps, collaborates with pre-sales and delivery teams, and manages enterprise clients and technology partners. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience selling digital platforms, IT services, automation solutions, or process transformation consulting, along with strong process, commercial, communication, negotiation, and Italian and English skills.
