Sales Floor Dept Supervisor - Building Materials at Lowe's

Lowe’s is hiring a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead and enable a team of associates in delivering customer service, coaching employees, managing performance, ensuring department coverage, supporting merchandising and inventory activities, and maintaining store safety. The role may also require opening or closing the store and serving as manager-on-duty, with occasional travel to meetings, trainings, or neighboring stores. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either three years of retail experience or five years of retail experience, along with customer service, team supervision, training, cross-functional, Microsoft Office, and sales licensure experience or eligibility. The position is hourly and full time, generally scheduled for 39 to 40 hours.
