The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a quantitative discipline, 1-3 years of experience in business analytics or related fields, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1-3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Excellence, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Market Research, Consulting or related role
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations activities
Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
Experience supporting Brand Planning, Business Reviews, SIP processes, or POA activities
Exposure to Market Research methodologies and commercial insights generation
Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
Demonstrated service-oriented mindset and strong customer focus
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and business recommendations
