Acron Aviation is hiring a Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Leader in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to own the end-to-end SIOP process and integrate sales forecasting, demand management, master scheduling, supply planning, capacity modeling, inventory and cash reconciliation, and production execution. The role leads Sales Operations and Master Scheduling representatives, collaborates across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and engineering, and develops cross-functional teams. It requires on-site work during the first and some second shifts and calls for a bachelor’s degree, at least nine years of progressive aerospace manufacturing or operations leadership experience, formal S&OE/SIOP experience, and strong analytical and ERP knowledge.
