The role supports and coaches associates, models personalized customer experiences, helps develop an engaged team, maintains visual and operational standards, uses point-of-sale and omnichannel tools, and can step into the manager role when needed. The position is regular or part-time, pays $13.77–$17.20 per hour, and requires retail sales and management experience, point-of-sale proficiency, flexible availability, and strong communication and organizational skills.
