Acosta Group is hiring a part-time Sales Lead for its Premium wireless retail operation in Howe, Texas. The role drives sales performance, meets personal KPIs, coaches and mentors sales associates, delivers onboarding and role-play training, resolves escalated customer issues, manages shift responsibilities, and travels between store locations. Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong communicators, reliable, quick learners, and comfortable with flexible retail schedules. Wireless retail experience, retail or B2C sales success, and experience training or leading a small team are preferred. Compensation is $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with weekly pay and health benefits.
