Visionworks is hiring a full-time Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to serve as the face of its vision care business, guide patients and customers through the eyewear experience, recommend products and services, measure eyewear needs, maintain optical knowledge, and support store operations. The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, a high school diploma or GED, and state optician licensing where required. Compensation is $18.90–$28.35 per hour, with medical and dental benefits for full-time employees.
