Norman’s is hiring a part-time Sales Leader for its Hallmark Gold Crown retail location at The Shoppes of Montage in Moosic, Pennsylvania. The role leads customer service and sales activities, supports staff training, manages the sales floor and displays, operates the register system, and provides managerial support when the store manager or assistant store manager are absent. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, prior retail and customer service experience, and availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
