As a Sales Leader I within PNC's Business Banking Treasury Management organization, you will manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals. You will oversee the execution of strategy, lead daily activities, attract new customers, grow existing relationships, and develop account and sales plans. Additionally, you will manage risk/return, identify and mitigate various risks, build networks to acquire new clients, and coach team members on credit risk analysis and mitigation.
