Description
PNC is hiring a people manager to lead and coordinate customer and prospect-management activities, develop and oversee account and sales plans, manage credit and other client risks, build internal and external relationships, coach and develop team members, and convert sales opportunities. The role requires a bachelor's degree, typically 8+ years of industry experience, and at least 5 years of prior management experience; preferred skills include account management, client prospecting, negotiation, and sales management.
