PNC is hiring a People Manager to lead and coordinate customer and prospect-management teams, coach and develop staff, manage account and sales plans, identify and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, operational, and other risks, and build internal and external client relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree, typically 8+ years of industry experience, and at least 5 years of prior management experience. The base salary is $110,110 to $204,490, with incentive eligibility and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time-off options.
