Küchen Aktuell is hiring an entry-level Sales Management Trainee for the Düsseldorf and Krefeld region. The role supports and develops kitchen sales consultants and planners, onboards new employees, analyzes sales KPIs, deputizes the sales manager, and contributes to process improvement. Candidates need completed commercial training or a relevant degree, initial sales experience, strong IT skills, and a customer- and service-oriented approach. The position offers long-term independent sales-management development, bonuses, training, and a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule with Saturday work.
