Description
La-Z-Boy is hiring a Sales Manager to drive store and individual sales goals, coach and motivate the sales team, support the selling process and in-home design program, deliver a branded customer experience, and contribute to store operations and revenue growth. The role requires 1–3 years of sales or retail experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training pay is $22 per hour for 2–6 weeks, followed by a $22,000 annual base plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.
