ACV is hiring a Sales Manager to lead sales operations at its auto auction. The role oversees sales plans, dealer and consignor relationships, team performance, auction and online sales, inventory monitoring, customer experience, lead generation, and sales reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, experience in the automobile auction industry, 2–5 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with auction procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 annually plus incentive compensation, and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid leave, retirement planning, and an employee stock purchase program.
