Description
Allianz Italy is hiring a Regional Manager Puglia e Basilicata to support insurance intermediaries and their collaborators in developing individual portfolios, including primary and automobile products, cross-selling, up-selling, portfolio maintenance, and sales campaigns. The role also supports the Area Manager in recruiting new intermediaries, monitors intermediary and district performance, and requires a law, economics, or management engineering degree, 3–5 years of insurance experience, commercial aptitude, mobility, strong communication and leadership skills, Office 365 proficiency, basic ChatGPT knowledge, and English fluency. The position is full-time and permanent, with a gross salary of €50,000 to €65,000.
