Allianz Italy is hiring a Regional Area Manager to support insurance intermediaries and their collaborators in developing the company’s insurance portfolio, including product training, cross-selling, up-selling, portfolio maintenance, recruitment of new intermediaries, sales campaigns, and performance monitoring. The role requires a degree in law, economics, or business engineering, 3–5 years of insurance experience, commercial aptitude, mobility, communication and leadership skills, English proficiency, and familiarity with collaboration tools. The position is full-time and permanent, with a gross salary range of €50,000 to €65,000.
