Description
Sodexo is hiring a Sales Manager Business to drive commercial growth in the corporate segment by developing new business, building strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities, supporting complex tenders and proposals, and creating long-term partnerships in food services, hospitality, workplace services, cleaning, and facility management. The role is based at Sodexo’s headquarters in Rotterdam, with at least one day per week in the office and regular work from home or at customer sites. It requires an HBO or WO degree, at least five years of complex B2B sales experience, business development and stakeholder management experience, familiarity with facility services or hospitality, and fluent Dutch and English. The position offers a full-time contract, a salary of up to €6,800 per month, a bonus scheme, pension, a lease car, laptop and telephone, and hybrid working.
