The role involves acquiring new customers, developing staffing solutions, preparing proposals, supporting implementation, expanding customer relationships, planning sales and marketing activities, and helping set up and expand company locations. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days per week, an office near the Isar River, and compensation starting at €3,800 gross per month.
