Tharaldson is hiring a Sales Manager for an hourly position at Staybridge Suites by IHG in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The role develops and maintains marketing plans and sales budgets, trains hotel staff, analyzes revenue-management strategies, schedules sales appointments, conducts cold calls, tracks sales data, and may perform general-manager duties in the general manager's absence.
