Hotel Equities is hiring a Sales Manager for the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn, responsible for meeting revenue goals through direct sales, account management, new business development, yield management, and strong client relationship building. The role requires in-person sales calls, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with major hotel brand processes and standards. Compensation is $65,000 to $68,000 plus bonus eligibility, with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and additional employee perks.
