Grand Hyatt Barcelona is hiring a Sales Manager to generate and convert group business, manage inquiries for 10 to 465 rooms per night, develop client relationships, prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with Events, Operations, and Marketing. The role requires hotel sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in English and Spanish, and familiarity with Envision, Opera PMS, H2H, and Hyatt loyalty programs.
