LGI Homes is hiring a Sales Manager for its Bisbee Ranch community to lead and develop a team of New Home Sales Consultants, recruit and train salespeople, set monthly goals, conduct weekly group training, and drive community sales performance. The role requires a proven high-sales performance record, team-management and training experience, strong communication skills, and weekend availability. Compensation includes a $90,000 base salary, uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
