Max Retail is hiring an in-office Sales Manager in West Palm Beach, Florida, to own lead stewardship and conversion across its SDR organization. The role is responsible for seller acquisition, inventory-value targets, inbound and outbound conversion, pipeline health, CRM hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and coaching SDRs. It also involves hands-on deal support, tradeshow ROI, referral-channel development, and maintaining unit economics. The position requires 7+ years of sales experience, 3–5+ years leading SDR or inside sales teams, strong CRM proficiency, and standard business hours Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
