Mobile Communications America, Inc. is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to support its Voice division in the South Carolina area. The role manages and develops sales and service employees, sets goals, coaches representatives, builds customer and partner relationships, communicates with regional vice presidents, and meets monthly and quarterly sales plans. Candidates need at least 8 years of sales experience and 3 years of sales management experience; two-way radio or land mobile radio experience is preferred, along with sales leadership, coaching, and structured sales experience. The position requires indoor work, frequent travel, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
