MyBee, part of the Modus Mobility family in the Baltics, is hiring a Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisition, manage the full sales cycle, build and maintain client relationships, create proposals for B2B and B2C clients, analyze sales data and feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and sales processes. The role requires outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, CRM and Excel proficiency, and fluency in Latvian and English. The position offers a gross monthly salary of 2500–4000 EUR based on performance, plus private health insurance after 3 months and personal accident coverage from day one.
