Description
The Sales Manager will oversee all Studio sales and assist with studio operations. They will lead generation through marketing and networking, implement sales processes, manage staff, assist instructors, make customer service decisions, maintain studio cleanliness, enforce policies, and manage marketing campaigns. The role involves sales, staff supervision, and studio operations. This position offers a base rate plus commissions and bonus if all goals are met. Complimentary Fitness Membership while employed.
