StraitsX is hiring a Dubai-based Commercial Director to prospect, qualify, and close high-value institutional merchants, crypto exchanges, OTC desks, card issuers, and financial institutions across the GCC. The role sells stablecoin and payments infrastructure, including dedicated virtual accounts, stablecoin-backed card issuing, and cross-border settlement rails, while managing complex enterprise sales and coordinating with legal, compliance, product, and treasury stakeholders. The position also helps shape the regional go-to-market strategy and requires 5–8 years of relevant business development experience, an active institutional network, and familiarity with VARA and DIFC/DFSA regulatory frameworks.
