Tech Soft 3D is hiring a full-time Sales Manager, internally titled Customer Relationship Manager, to lead and grow sales for its Industrial Applications product portfolio across the United States. The role owns territory performance, builds and qualifies pipelines, addresses technical objections, develops enterprise solutions, manages CRM forecasts, and represents the company at industry events. It is a remote position based in the U.S. Eastern time zone with 30–35% travel, offering $120,000–$130,000 in base salary plus commission and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
